Safety and returning to Independence are what we strive for at PARC Home Care. We even offer 24-hour virtual support from our nursing and therapy team if you have non-emergency concerns or questions.
Our goal is to help patients avoid unnecessary re-hospitalization and support patient independence by working hand-in-hand with them, their family members and their physicians.
